Groupia Ltd, which traded as StagWeb and GoHen, entered administration on 16 June 2026 and has stopped taking new bookings. This page is a signpost to the official guidance—not refund, legal, or financial advice.
If you already have a booking
Use the official ABTOT guidance first. It explains what to do based on your event date and how you paid. Keep your booking confirmation, payment evidence, and booking reference to hand.
Event on or before 31 August 2026
ABTOT says these events are expected to go ahead as planned. Check the official guidance and use the existing VIP booking system for information or queries.
Event from 1 September 2026
ABTOT says these events are cancelled and subject to a refund claim. The official page explains the claim route for card and other payment methods.
